Ruby on Rails Jobs

Responsibilities:

- Work with founders and the team to develop fast and intuitive solutions

- Think outside the box for solutions which will help reduce time to market

- Be ready to accept new challenges everyday and deliver exceptionally clean code

- Work independently on small features and also in small teams for bigger products

Experience:

- Must have 2-3 years of experience working with Rails in a high scale environment.

- Must be a Ruby on Rails Expert.

- Understand the pain of scaling Rails (and all applications) and bring unique solutions for doing so. Meaning, you've done it before and get angry when people say it can't :).

- Be able to jump in and code all aspects of our app, from front to back.

- Familiarity with Git and GitHub

- RESTful implementations

- Email - SMTP, Spam filtering, Domain keys and/or postfix

- Contribution to open source projects

- Previous start-up experience

- Experience with SEM and SEO

- Mobile application development
