What you should bring to the table

Experience

- Demonstrable experience of atleast one year developing & deploying Ruby on Rails web sites in the real world

Proficient in Javascript, AJAX, and Javascript frameworks (MooTools, jQuery, Prototype)

Version Control - Experience with distributed version control systems (Git, Mercurial)

Plan, write, estimate, task and execute User Stories within Iterations (awareness of agile methodologies is a big plus)

Proficient in any sql database and RDBMS concepts

Test driven development

Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, India
